“Level up” often implies self-improvement through willpower and performance, but what if true transformation comes through letting go? - FROM LIES TO LIBERTY / Christy Smith, Drawing from 25 years behind the chair as a trauma-informed coach, Christy Smith helps participants identify false beliefs and replace them with truth that leads to freedom and healing.
- Money BS (Breakout Session) / Addie Zachry has a BBA in Finance and MBA. Learn to use what you have—no matter how small it feels—to build stability, confidence, and future freedom.
- EMPOWERED AWARENESS / Strecia McCaig retired APD officer, will share about the ability to recognize what’s happening around you while trusting your instincts to respond effectively.
- REAL-LIFE DINNERS: Simple Meals Kids will actually eat / Kelly Witcher has been a single mom for 15 and she has learned how to cook simple meals that kids actually eat.
- GENERATIONS OF HOPE, Learning to listen to God’s guidance / Janae Swann, is a family therapist, nonprofit founder, speaker, and single mother of six who is passionate about restoring dignity and hope.
- VISION BOARD / Soroptimist Club is a local business women’s organization. Unleash your creativity in this session as you explore the power of your dreams.
- PRAYER JOURNEY / This is an individual prayer experience, offering different stops along the way to prepare your heart and mind for soaking in God’s presence
- MOMS IN PRAYER / Will be available during breakout sessions to pray for your children. Sign up for a time slot.

Shemeca Richard is a single mother, mental health professional and advocate, Christian blogger, speaker, and author.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Vision Board / Soroptimist Club is a local business women’s club. The name is Latin, meaning “best for women”. Their mission is working to transform the lives of women and young girls through education and mentorship. Remember your dreams and have something to take with you as a reminder. Create a vision board for yourself and your family while planning for future success.
Self Defense and Awareness / Barbara Ferrara-Faltinek, Lieutenant for the WTAMU Police Department will teach this session about having
self-awareness for all situations, learning self-defense techniques for protecting yourself and your children and feeling safe in your community.
Self-Care / Carissa Wingate Social Worker from Canyon ISD will lead this session on dealing with anxiety, fear, and exhaustion. Carissa will talk about mental health and wellness, walking through difficult life situations with mindfulness, and creative outlets. Practical tips for calming yourself and your child.
Taking back Control / Alexandra Perez, Owner of Simply Organized says this session will focus on how to use the God-given authority within you to take back control of your life and change your world.
Prayer Room / This space will be open for individual prayer throughout the conference and during each breakout session. If you want to sit and silently pray or have someone pray over you both are available.
Rewrite your Story / Joy Connor Director of Development for Acts Community Center, writer, designer, speaker, and entrepreneur. No matter where you have been, you are never too far gone from God’s plan. Follow Joy’s framework from where you are now to where you want to be.
Rest and Reset / Kerri Cross, Health and Life Purpose Coach will remind you to breathe again, since something as simple as an optimal way to breathe can lower your stress and improve your mood. She will share the importance of holistic health, which is a balancing act between the body, Mind, and Spirit. One of these elements is not more important than the other, they work together to form your synergy.
